Emraan Hashmi is gearing up for his much-anticipated return as Shivam Pandit in the upcoming film ‘Awarapan 2’, a sequel to the acclaimed 2007 movie Awarapan. Fans have been eagerly awaiting updates regarding this project, which is set to hit theaters in just 16 days. Recently, the film's creators released the first song titled ‘Yeh Awarapan,’ performed by renowned singer Arijit Singh. Now, they have delighted fans further by revealing a sneak peek of ‘Tera Mera Rishta Puraana,’ a beloved track from the original film that will make a comeback in Awarapan 2. While the original rendition was performed by Mustafa Zahid, the new version will feature the vocals of Subodhh Sharma, marking a fresh take on this classic piece.

On July 29, the production team behind Awarapan 2 unveiled an intense motion poster showcasing Emraan Hashmi as Shivam Pandit, providing fans with their first look at the eagerly awaited track Tera Mera Rishta. The nostalgia factor is heightened by the return of lyricist Sayeed Quadri, who originally penned the lyrics for ‘Tera Mera Rishta Puraana’ and has once again taken on the task for this sequel. Joining him in this endeavor is composer Mithoon, known for his ability to infuse emotional depth into his music, ensuring that the new version resonates with audiences just as powerfully as the original.
