Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has recently completed the sale of his apartment located in the upscale Bandra West area of Mumbai, marking another significant transaction in the city's competitive real estate market. The property, situated in Shiv-Asthan Heights, was sold for Rs 3.5 crore, a notable increase from the Rs 2.88 crore he originally paid for it approximately 11 years ago. This sale reflects the ongoing trend of high-value property exchanges in one of Mumbai's most sought-after neighborhoods, where real estate prices continue to soar.

The transaction was officially recorded on July 9, 2026, as per the property registration documents reviewed by CRE Matrix and reported by Hindustan Times. The apartment spans a carpet area of 758 square feet, and the sale price translates to about Rs 46,000 per square foot. This sale has yielded Khan a profit of around Rs 62 lakh, although this figure does not account for taxes and additional expenses that may arise from such transactions. The new owners also incurred a stamp duty of Rs 21 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 to finalize the deal. Interestingly, while the sale was registered on July 9, the actual transfer of ownership occurred later, with a deed of transfer signed on July 23, as indicated in the official documents.
