Madras High Court Denies Bail to Senthil Balaji in TASMAC Corruption Case

In a significant legal development, the Madras High Court has denied bail to V. Senthil Balaji, a former minister in Tamil Nadu and a prominent member of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) party. This decision was made on Thursday in connection with an anticipatory bail petition linked to a case being investigated by the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC).
