The Bihar School Education Board (BSEB) has officially announced the timeline for the spot admission process for intermediate courses for the academic years 2026-28. This initiative aims to provide students with an opportunity to secure a place in Class 11 through the BSEB's Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) portal. The designated period for these spot admissions will commence on August 5 and conclude on August 11, allowing students to fill any available seats in affiliated institutions throughout Bihar. This process is particularly beneficial for students who have not yet secured admission through previous selection rounds, offering them a second chance to enroll in their desired subjects.
Eligible candidates from various educational boards, including BSEB, CBSE, CISCE, and other recognized institutions, are invited to participate in this admission process. The BSEB emphasizes that spot admissions are designed to assist those who missed out on securing a spot in the initial rounds. Students interested in this opportunity must reach out to the principal of the respective institutions where seats are open and express their interest in the subject combinations they wish to pursue. Admission will be contingent upon the availability of seats, and candidates who were unsuccessful in earlier rounds of the OFSS selection can also take part in this process, provided there are vacant positions.
