The inaugural Pickleball Now Grand Prix kicked off in Mumbai on July 23, showcasing an exciting day of competitive matches that culminated in eight finals across various categories. Raaquib Merchant and Bhumika Tripathi emerged as the standout players, each claiming multiple titles in this thrilling event. Merchant had an exceptional day, securing victories in three different categories, demonstrating his versatility and skill on the court. He partnered with Ritesh Jaiswal in the Men's Doubles 19+ Advanced final, where they triumphed over Sudarshan Dhakne and Varun Mittal with a score of 11-5. Following this, Merchant faced Jaiswal in the Men's Singles Open final, a match that proved to be one of the most competitive of the day. In a nail-biting finish, Merchant edged out his partner with an 11-9 victory, further solidifying his status as a top contender. He capped off his remarkable performance by teaming up with Vishal Jadhav in the Men's Doubles Open final, where they delivered a stunning performance, defeating Dhakne and Mittal without dropping a point, finishing at 11-0.

Bhumika Tripathi also had a stellar day, securing two titles in the women's singles events. She first faced Aahana Punjabi in the Women's Singles 19+ Advanced final, where she emerged victorious with a score of 11-7. Tripathi's dominance continued in the Women's Singles Open final, where she delivered a commanding performance against Priyanka Mehta, winning decisively with a score of 15-3. In addition to the singles competitions, the tournament also featured exciting doubles matches. In the Women's Doubles 19+ Advanced final, Jueelee Chavan and Bhakti B showcased their skills by defeating Bindiya Aggarwal and Sameera Lala with a score of 11-5. The Women's Doubles Open final concluded with Gurleen Singh and Aahana Punjabi overcoming Priyanka Mehta and Urvi Abhyankar 11-8, rounding out a day filled with thrilling matches and impressive displays of athleticism.
